The Client must provide accurate and complete information regarding the Goods and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the Goods are properly packaged and labeled
The Client must pay all fees and charges associated with the Services as agreed upon.
Fees for the Services will be provided in a quotation and are subject to change based on market conditions and additional requirements.
Payment terms will be specified in the invoice provided to the Client. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the invoice.
The Client is responsible for any additional costs incurred due to changes in the scope of Services or delays caused by the Client.
The Company will assist in preparing and submitting necessary documentation for customs clearance.
The Client must provide all required documents and information to facilitate customs clearance.
The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay of Goods due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, and government actions.
The Company’s liability for any claim arising out of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Services.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information received from the other party that is marked as confidential or would reasonably be considered confidential.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party, except as required by law.
